Time to see things differntly<\/strong> is the wording of a recent German advertising, which stands for respect and the power of the community<\/p>\n

It is remarkable how people keep together in special situations, and above all how creative they become.<\/p>\n

And this applies not only to private life in Corona times.<\/p>\n

Indeed, we can also find positive business opportunities in the difficult situation of recent months.<\/p>\n

Whether Agile, Lean, OPEX, QMS ... all improvement philosophies and tools have one thing in common: they are carried out by people and face resistance in their beginnings.<\/p>\n

Fear of the unknown<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are all sceptical about what is not known, and prefer to stick to the usual procedures: \"that's the way we've always done it, and it works!\"<\/em><\/p>\n

Some may even be afraid: \"will I be made redundant?\"<\/em><\/p>\n

Sure, resistance is not just blown away because of Corona!<\/p>\n

But just as clear is:<\/p>\n

NOW more than ever we are all ready for change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Within a few months, we had to do so many things differently in the company as well: Home office, manage remotely, video meetings... And for most of us, it worked much better than we could have ever imagined.<\/p>\n

As a result, our inner resistance has fallen to a particularly low level.<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Everyone who wants to organise lean events or QMS training knows this: \"No one has time for that\". Production must be running, goods purchased, products delivered, invoices written, etc...<\/p>\n

NOW, however, we have, even if not by choice, more time <\/strong><\/p>\n

Let's make the best of it and use the free capacities for business improvements.<\/p>\n
