I am Isabelle Coudert:
I originally came to Germany for a one-year internship as a French girl from Paris.
I started out as an operational buyer in an aviation company to look after a French engineering partner and have been able to improve my skills over the years in the same company:
- Purchasing and strategic sourcing
- Supplier Management
- Management of all commercial tasks: purchasing, material planning and scheduling, sales order processing
- Management of supplier quality
- Management of production scheduling
The initially owner-managed mid-sized company became part of a global corporation and was resold several times, which allowed me to experience a variety of corporate management models.
What makes my portfolio different
Over the years I have widened my competence profile:
- certified Lean Practitioner
- certified internal auditor for ISO9001 and AS9100
- SAP Super User: Member of an international corporate project team, responsible for the implementation of the SCM module at the site
- Implementation of employee training in Lean & SAP modules as well as QMS
Cross-process tasks, continuous improvement and above all winning over through communication are my true passions.
Hence I have decided to share my experience to date to support you on this exciting and promising path.
